6月28日，江苏省举办“产业链供应链国际合作交流会暨企业家太湖论坛”，众多跨国公司高管齐聚太湖。
这些跨国公司，很多是产业链供应链上重要的“链主”企业、关键环节企业。面对江苏的盛情，他们有什么真心话想说？

“An increasing number of Japanese companies have been investing heavily in high-end technology and equipment, relocating their R&D and business strategy departments to China. In terms of business areas, they are involved in a wide range of fields such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, cosmetics, air conditioners, office equipment and electronic components, creating many job positions.”
"日本越来越多企业大力投入高端技术和设备，把研发和经营战略部门迁到中国。从业务领域来看，涉足化学、医药、医疗设备、化妆品、空调、办公设备、电子元器件等多个领域，创造了诸多就业机会。”日本松下集团全球副总裁、中国日本商会会长本间哲朗举例说，日本AGC株式会社今年在苏州市设立全球最先进的车载显示器玻璃工厂，松下集团去年在苏州设立负责全中国住宅设备业务的地区总部，三菱化学去年在苏州设立财务共享服务中心。三井物产正在推进与江苏省造船企业的合资项目，旭化成也在江苏许多基地进行尖端开拓。

"Jiangsu is not only the company"s first location in China but also an important base to accelerate the introduction of new drugs, increase local manufacturing and promote innovation.

过去13年来，阿斯利康在江苏的纳税额增长约9倍。去年，阿斯利康在无锡纳税约38亿元，实现进出口额约30.7亿美元；今年前5月实现进出口额超过16.2亿美元。“江苏不仅是公司进入中国的第一站，更是我们在华加速新药引入、加码中国制造和加大创新投入的重要基地。”英国阿斯利康公司全球执行副总裁、国际业务及中国总裁王磊介绍，阿斯利康已在江苏建立包括研发、生产、出口、物流、创新、资本和人才培养在内的全产业链，并在多年深耕中取得长足发展。未来，企业也将通过全球合作授权，支持中国研发创新药物出海。

德国西门子全球执行副总裁、大中华区总裁兼首席执行官
“We sniff out the business opportunities of the digital economy in Jiangsu. There are over 5,500 provincial-level specialized small and medium-sized enterprises with huge potential for digital transformation. Our open digital business platform Siemens Xcelerator, launched in China, can help these enterprises of different sizes and industries to realize digital landing more easily and quickly.”

“江苏是欧绿保最早选择的投资目的地之一。”欧绿保再生资源技术服务（北京）有限公司中国区副总经理韩慧青表示，“希望我们可以将欧洲50多年的运营经验，结合江苏的实践，通过投资、运营高品质的项目，助力产业绿色转型发展。”据介绍，欧绿保在江苏投资的项目采用国际先进工艺，对制造业废弃物进行无害化处理、资源化利用。今年，欧绿保将结合江苏市场优势，积极推动新能源汽车锂电池回收、处理项目落地，另外还将积极研究拓展塑料再生业务与江苏的合作空间。

“This year is the 25th anniversary of UPM"s investment in China, and we are full of confidence about our development in Jiangsu. I also have some thoughts on the construction of the business environment in Jiangsu, like to keep maintaining stable policy, especially the energy policy environment, and to provide green energy policy interpretation and practical guidance to enterprises and so on. ”
自1998年进入中国投资江苏以来，芬欧汇川累计投资近20亿美元，在常熟建成芬兰在华最大单体投资项目。“今年是芬欧汇川在华投资25周年，我们对在江苏的发展充满信心。”芬兰芬欧汇川特种纸纸业执行副总裁倪亚科说，“我也对江苏营商环境建设提一些想法。第一，继续保持稳定的政策特别是能源政策环境，并向企业提供绿色能源政策解读和实际指导。第二，继续鼓励企业发挥创新主体作用，深化江苏芬兰产业研发合作计划。第三，继续加大职业技术教育，培养更多高素质的技术工人。第四，组织多层次跨境面对面交流，进一步增进世界对当今江苏的全面了解。”
